Please call between 8-8.30 am for urgent issues that can't wait more than a week. You will be given a timed face to face or phone appointment. Once all the appointment slots are filled there is no capacity for extra, you will need to call the next day.
Call after 8.30 am for all other queries including requesting sick lines, arranging routine appointments and medication queries so that the phonelines are not blocked when patients are trying to request medically urgent calls. Phone for results after 2 pm.
If unwell out of hours you can contact NHS24 on 111 between 6 pm and 8 am. For medical emergencies call 999.
If you are unable to attend any appointments please call to cancel to free it up for someone else or reply CANCEL to your text appointment reminder message.
Prescription and sick note requests can take up to 3 days and letters may take up to 2 weeks. Letters normally cost £15 to be paid for in advance. The practice has never been busier and we appreciate your patience and understanding with all our staff.
